General Information Pages

These pages contain details on my setup. I have put them here, in part, as a record for myself, as a tribute to the generosity and philanthropy of all those people who have either directly or indirectly contributed to this project. The great majority are indirect contributions and to these people who are not possessive of their knowledge but are willing to publish without recourse to profit, I am indebted.

The CCD camera used for these shots is a cb 245. It mounts onto an f4.5 x 30cm Newtonian Telescope.

The scope is a variable Altazimuth/Equatorial mount. Presently it operates as an altazimuth.

Both axes are computer driven using Mel Bartels circuit design and software.
