DETAILS NGC1365 is a barred spiral with dust lanes in bar and has Seyfert type activity. Supernovae SN 1957C, SN 1983V, SN 2001du, SN 2012fr and . Only just visible in this image are QSOs [BSG2005] J033334.2-360523.8, IXO 15 and IXO 16.
