DETAILS | NGC3313 is a barred spiral Emission-line galaxy. The image shows that a ring has formed around the nucleus but also that it has a fine spiral arm structure. Supernova SN 2002jp occurred in this region. ESO 501- G 044 is an edge-on spiral galaxy. |
