DETAILS NGC4438 is a LINER type spiral galaxy that has dramatic dust lanes/clouds, just visible in this image. NGC 4435 is a barred spiral galaxy. SDSS J122757.20+130232.8 is a Quasi Stellar Object (QSO). The other arrowed objects are denoted to be distant galaxies.
